Innovative Travel Acquisitions, Inc., based in Alpharetta, GA, has completed the firm's 515th closing transaction since their inception in 1991 with the sale of Tampa-based MotivationAdvantage, Inc., a corporate incentive company with many Fortune 500 clients, to publicly traded Domark International.

Motivation Advantage, Inc. president Susan Winfield will stay involved under a five-year employment contract. Net earnings in 2008 for Motivation Advantage were reported at $411,000, according to Innovative Travel Acquisitions, Inc., president Bob Sweeney.

Sweeney reports that the inventory of sellers looking to exit the industry is growing daily.
