Iberia Welcomes Boston and D.C.

This spring, Iberia Airlines begins service between Spain and Boston and Washington, D.C. The carrier says the services, which both operate five days a week, are the only nonstop flights to Spain from those two cities. Beginning May 6, Iberia will fly from Boston to Madrid on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays, departing Logan International Airport at 6:20 a.m. and arriving the following morning at Madrid Barajas International Airport at 7:20 a.m. For Bostonians, an introductory fare of $549 plus taxes is being offered May 6 through June 15. Meanwhile, beginning June 2, Iberia will operate flights from D.C.'s Dulles International Airport to Spain on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The flight will depart D.C. at 6 p.m. and arrive in Madrid at 7:20 a.m. the following morning. A special fare of $699 plus taxes is being introduced to celebrate D.C.'s new service. Visit [].
