Sneak Peek: Concorde Opera Paris to Rebrand as the Hilton Paris Opera

Set to relaunch with a new name in September, the Concorde Opera Paris hotel has kicked off a $50 million restoration and enhancement program ahead of its rebranding as the Hilton Paris Opera. The renovation should be completed in the first quarter of 2015, and the hotel will remain open throughout.

On completion of the refurbishment, the hotel will have 268 rooms across five floors, including 29 Suites, 56 Executive Rooms, 164 Deluxe Rooms and 18 Guest Rooms. The entrance hall will have frescoes, Corinthian colonnades and imposing original balustrades. In addition, guests will be able to enjoy a new bar inspired by the great French fashion designer Christian Lacroix.

For business functions, the Hilton Paris Opera will have seven meeting spaces, accommodating up to 180 guests with a total area of 5,435 square feet, including the 1,937 square foot Baccarat Reception Room which can hold both corporate and social events.

The hotel is located within close proximity to Saint-Lazare Railway Station and approximately 17 miles from Charles de Gaulle Airport; 14 miles from Paris Orly Airport; and five miles from the La Defense business district.

Central to the Right Bank district, the hotel is also close to the most famous shopping districts in the capital, including rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, the Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Haussmann.
