Germany's Hotel Berlin, Berlin Completes Renovation

April 13, 2012 By: Jena Tesse Fox

Good news from Germany today, where we hear the Hotel Berlin, Berlin has completed a major renovation.

Over the past five years, more than $40 million has been invested in the renovation. The hotel's five floors now represent different decades of Berlin’s history, telling a different story through the hotel’s decor. (We're especially interested in the "floating bed" in the Berlin, Berlin Suite.)

The lobby has been fully refurbished and the hotel has implemented an exclusive Airline Crew Lounge, the first of its kind in the city. The Classic wing has been overhauled, as has the fitness and wellness areas. Two hundred new Premium rooms as well as 26 new conference suites were also renovated.
