Louvre Hotels Group is looking to strengthen its presence in Germany: In the next four or five years, the group plans to open 35 hotels of the budget-brand Première Classe in cities such as Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Cologne, Dusseldorf, Stuttgart, Dresden and Hanover.
Première Classe hotels will be developed through new constructions and possibly conversion of existing buildings. Target sites are expected to offer high visibility and good accessibility, for example, located near tourism destinations or business parks.
The European network contains 240 hotels with 18,000 rooms.
