Vacation.com recently launched a website dedicated to its 12th International Conference & Trade Show, to be held at the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort from June 27 - July 1, 2010. The website— www.joinvacation.com/conference— is a one-stop resource where agent members can register for the event and obtain key information on classes and seminars, speakers, entertainment, hotel reservations and more.
“This website shows our members the big picture so that they can quickly and easily see that next year’s Conference will be both bigger and better than ever before,” said Lauraday Kelley, Vacation.com’s vice president of conference and corporate communications.
The website will be continually updated as more information is confirmed. Future updates will focus on the expanding educational lineup, new supplier sessions and optional activities in the planning that include pre- and post-event cruise opportunities and a ship inspection with lunch.
“We’re finalizing the details on several exceptional events that will be completely new to Conference," added Kelley, "Agents should visit the Web site often to see the latest additions.”
U.S. members receive one complimentary registration to Conference, while additional staff and guests, along with Canadian members, can take advantage of the $79 early-bird rate until October 31.
The new Conference website is also a valuable resource for suppliers, who can visit to discover trade show information and sponsorship opportunities, Vacation.com said.
