The Tsitouras Collection, Santorini

In 1985, famous collector Dimitris Tsitouras renovated this Santorini property, which is centered around a mansion that dates back to 1780. Surrounding the mansion are five distinct houses and a new villa. The House of the Sea, the House of the Winds, the House of Portraits, the House of Porcelain and the House of Nureyev are named after the artistic themes inside their walls. Tsitouras collaborated with famed British designer David Hicks to decorate the houses, which accommodate between two and five guests, around different facets of Greek history.

Most recently, Tsitouras introduced the Tsitouras Collection Villa, a small but luxurious villa on the edge of a cliff with a pool that appears to merge into the sea.

The hotel serves an à la carte breakfast throughout the day, and guests may enjoy a private six-course dinner on the hotel's Maria Callas terrace. They also may collaborate with the chef to create a menu that best fits their needs.

The hotel also offers several body treatments, which are performed in a guest's house, and a boutique containing unique Tsitouras Collection products.
