YTB Leader Resigns

Travel Agent has learned that Andy Cauthen, YTB’s COO, has resigned for personal reasons. He joined YTB in November 2004 as COO with a background in executive management, corporate operations, administration, marketing and sales. He was named president of YourTravelBiz.com in October 2006. 

Cauthen is the second senior YTB officer to resign this month. John D. Clagg resigned as CFO February 2. CEO Robert M. Van Patten was named to serve as interim CFO.
