Twenty-eight years later, the city's charm has only amplified. This year it hosted the World Expo 2010 and counts among its highlights Summer Spectacular and October's Wine & Dine Festival. Nevertheless, as the financial center attracts business travelers and tourists alike to its pulsing metropolis, our favorite thing is still taking a night tour of the city by sea and seeing the city as it was meant to be seen.
