Tennis stars Andre Agassi and Stefanie Graf have signed on to develop the Fairmont Tamarack at Tamarack Resort in Donnelly, ID. Their company, Agassi Graf Development, has selected Fairmont Hotels & Resorts to manage the luxury hotel and residences, which will have two locations—a resort and spa in Tamarack's village and another mid-mountain. The village location, called Belvedere Ridge, will have 285 units and 50 private residences with ski-in/ski-out access, a Willow Stream Spa and a private residence club. The development is scheduled to open in 2009.
