A 13-story AC Hotel by Marriott is scheduled to open this December in Portland, Oregon. With architecture and interiors by Portland-based SERA Architects, AC Hotel Portland will have curated artwork and sculptures from local Portland artists. It will have 204 guestrooms with European‐inspired design, complimentary Wi-Fi connectivity and a flat screen TV.
The lobby will have seating and Wi-Fi, as well as a library and local artifacts.
For dining, the property will have a European-inspired lounge, as well a market with locally curated items and original Portland-made coffee.
One level of meeting space will be included, with 1,220 square feet of glass-enclosed AC Media Salons for small group gatherings.
Other amenities will include a 24-hour fitness center and off-site valet parking.
The AC Hotel Portland will target LEED Silver certification.
