Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide has opened a dual-branded Aloft and Element hotel in Boston's Seaport District.
The 330-room Aloft Boston Seaport and attached 180-room Element Boston Seaport are across the street from the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. According to RCI Ventures, the $158-million complex was constructed by Suffolk Construction and Elkus Manfredi Architects, and occupies a 5.2-acre parcel of land leased from the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority.
The hotel has nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting space.
