The Sè San Diego has been open a scant four weeks. The hotel is already garnering a lot of attention and Travel Agent has learned that Fifth Ave. Partners Llc. have plans to make the property the only five-star hotel in San Diego.
The 184-room hotel includes 37 suites and three Penthouse Suites, as well as Suite & Tender Bar, Lounge & Restaurant, which is already receiving raves for its creative take on the surf & turf concept. The developers chose the Chinese word Sè to represent the property- a word that can mean color, look, quality; expression, sensuality and physical attraction- and one that feels expresses the qualities of the hotel. Fifth Ave. Partners Llc. are currently in advanced planning stages for additional Sè hotels in the Western U.S. and internationally.
