Hilton Hotels Corp. has signed an agreement with developer Star Estates Co. Ltd. to manage an upscale hotel scheduled to open in May 2008. The 240-room Hilton Ulaanbaatar, Hilton's first hotel in Mongolia, will be in the central area of the country's capital. The hotel will include four restaurants and bars, as well as conference and meeting space.
