Hilton Hotels Corp. plans to sell 10 European properties along with the Scandic lodging group that was part of an acquisition in February. The company has put up three hotels for sale in Germany, two in France, two in Spain and one each in Belgium, Luxembourg and Switzerland. The Scandic sale would include 130 hotels, most of which are leased and located in Scandinavia.
