Mandarin Oriental will manage a new 120-room hotel along with 90 residences in Dallas' Victory Park—a master-planned urban district with shopping, dining and entertainment for corporate and leisure travelers. The Mandarin Oriental, Dallas is scheduled to open in 2009 occupying the first 11 floors of the Victory Tower, which will be the centerpiece of Victory Park. The building will also have 75,000 square feet of luxury retail space as well as office space. Residences will occupy floors 22 to 43. Additional facilities include six dining and beverage outlets and a 30,000-square-foot spa with a lap pool, private spa cabanas and a spa cafe.
