New “Aloha Lounge” Debuts at Honua Kai Resort & Spa on Maui

Honua Kai Resort & Spa, an all-suite luxury resort located on Maui’s Kaanapali North Beach, recently announced the opening of the new Aloha Lounge, offered as an exclusive amenity for guests who book accommodations directly through the resort.

We should note that this does not bypass the agent as guests who have their advisors book directly through the hotel still receive this amenity.

The Aloha Lounge is basically a relaxing lounge area for guests who arrive early or wish to check out late.

“From the moment guests arrive on property to the minute they depart, we want them to feel surrounded by true Aloha spirit,” said Claudio Andrade, general manager for Honua Kai Resort & Spa, in a written release. “Our new Aloha Lounge was created to allow guests to soak in as much island time as possible. Whether they arrive prior to check-in or wish to extend their final day a few extra hours, the lounge welcomes guests to sit, stay and play.”

Located in the Hokulani Building, the Aloha Lounge offers indoor and outdoor seating areas, a kids' play area and complimentary snacks, towels and chairs to allow families to enjoy the pool or beach and soak in extra island sunshine. The lounge is open daily from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

For travelers looking to book their fall and winter island getaway, the resort’s new "Fall 4 Maui" offer includes a savings of nearly $500 off regular rates and elevates the Maui experience by encouraging island exploration with a $400 activity credit for adventures including zip lining and whale watching.

With a minimum stay of four nights, guests can select one of four different room types; studio, one-, two-, or three-bedroom suites and enjoy the spacious amenities for a longer amount of time.
