Nashville developer Tony Giarratana announced a partnership with San Francisco-based Kimpton Hotel and Restaurant Group. The deal will bring luxury boutique Hotel Palomar to the first 10 floors of Signature Tower, a 65-story residential skyscraper—the tallest building in the Southeast and fifth tallest in the United States. The luxury high rise is scheduled to break ground in January and is slated for completion in 2009. The new Hotel Palomar at Signature Tower will attract upscale travelers to the booming downtown area, and Signature Tower homeowners will have access to amenities and services available to hotel guests. Concepts for Hotel Palomar and its adjacent chef-driven restaurant will reflect Nashville's character as well as the iconic nature of Signature Tower.
