Ferro’s restaurant at the Kimberly Hotel in New York City has named Gerard Kaupke as its new executive chef. The new chef will oversee the Contemporary American-themed menu’s development, strategic planning and dining operations.
Kaupke graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and is trained in French classical techniques. Kaupke has served at several of New York City's famed restaurants, including Le Cirque, The Sea Grill at Rockefeller Plaza and The Water's Edge in Long Island City.
