FibraHotel, the first real estate investment trust specialized in urban business-class hotels in Mexico, announces the opening of the AC by Marriott Queretaro hotel with 175 full-service rooms operated by Marriott International. This opening represents FibraHotel's sixth hotel in operation with Marriott International and its first under the AC by Marriott brand.
The hotel is located at Avenida Antea inside a mixed use complex that includes the Antea Lifestyle, in Juriquilla, the highest growth area in Queretaro. The city is one of the most dynamic in Mexico with important investments in the aerospace, automotive and manufacturing industries.
This opening represents the fifth hotel in Queretaro for FibraHotel, with a total of 660 rooms across four service segments and with five different brands. FibraHotel´s Fairfield Inn & Suites Juriquilla is also near the AC by Marriott Queretaro hotel, which is expected to create operating efficiencies.
With this opening, FibraHotel's portfolio consists of 80 hotels and 10,973 rooms, of which 65 hotels are in operation (8,942 rooms) and 15 in different stages of development.
