Sandals Resorts International (SRI) has launched 50 luxury suites at Sandals Royal Barbados, one of the Luxury Included resorts in the company’s all-inclusive portfolio. With the addition of these suites, Sandals Royal Barbados now offers 552 rooms to its guests.
This is the third major expansion that has taken place at Sandal Royal Barbados. A handful of guests were able to check in and experience firsthand the 50 new suites just last week.
Guests can experience the 5-Star Global Gourmet dining and they can also go to a rooftop bar with views of the resort and ocean, along with infinity pools, a bowling alley, a winding river and swim-up suites. Additionally, the resorts tout spas with fitness centers, soaking tubs on every balcony complimenting bathrooms, a games and entertainment center, live performances from local artists and a variety of water and land sports.
The resort's website says there are opportunities for relaxation and adventure in Barbados. The island is home to wilderness along with golfing, spa opportunities and fishing. Adventures include hiking a tropical forest or enjoying nightlife. Attractions range from underground caves and vistas to swimming with giant sea turtles. Other things to do include duty-free shopping, eating at world-renowned restaurants and going to an old rum distillery.
