Michael Graves & Associates has designed three hotel prototypes for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, which feature lounge areas for meeting, working or dining; a 24-hour food store; regional art and a porch with rocking chairs. Traditional front desks will be replaced by pods, allowing staff to interact with guests. Guest rooms will have a large desk, signature Smart Chair, coffeemaker and mini-fridge, as well as regional artwork. Other projects completed by The Michael Graves Design Group include the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Hotels in Orlando, FL., and international luxury resorts in Egypt.
