Pacific Delight Launches Culinary Tours in India

indiaPacific Delight Tours has announced the launch of a new “Culture & Culinary Delights” program in India, which will offer five departures between August and December. 

The 10-day itinerary emphasizes experiential cultural and culinary offerings. Highlights include the Khari Baoli spice market in Delhi, Peshawri Restaurant's take on the classic Dal Bukhara dish in Agra, lunch in the Rajasthani countryside and a hands-on Indian bread making experience in Jaipur.

The program culminates in Mumbai with a lunch at Trishna restaurant, specializing in seafood and tandoori dishes, and dinner at the world-famous Khyber restaurant, known for its stunning décor and frequent celebrity patrons.

Monthly departures are available throughout the late summer and fall of 2016, including August 4, September 8, October 13, November 10 and December 8.

The program is priced from $2,759 per person and includes accommodations for nine nights at Le Meridien Delhi and Trident properties in Agra, Jaipur and Mumbai; daily buffet breakfasts, three lunches and five dinners; intra-India flights and air-conditioned vehicle transportation; professional English-speaking guides; applicable entrance fees, hotel taxes and service charges; and the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program.
