Vice President and Managing Director at Montage Kapalua Bay, Richard A. Holzman, has announced the appointment of Anthony Freda as the team’s new resort manager.
Hailing from Newark, New Jersey, Freda studied business administration at Brookdale Community College before earning his certifications as a hotel administrator and food and beverage executive from the American Hotel and Lodging Association.
Freda brings to Montage Kapalua Bay his nearly 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a successful track record. Prior to arriving at Montage Kapalua Bay, he acted as director of rooms at The Turtle Bay Resort on Oahu. He also was director of food and beverage at The Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui and the Four Seasons properties in Lana’I, New York, Atlanta and Miami. Freda is not new to the Kapalua Bay area, as he previously spent two years managing The Kapalua Bay Villas next to Montage Kapalua Bay.
