The American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA) has launched its Business Integrity and Ethical Standards course, which takes an in-depth look at critical ethical considerations facing the modern travel industry.

The course (sponsored by Hilton Worldwide, Inc.) covers topics that include agency relationships, fiduciary duties, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. In addition, the course includes a 60-page handbook, instructional video, and 40-question quiz.

Pricing for the course starts at $39 for ASTA members and $225 for non-members.

Separately, ASTA has updated its Regulatory Compliance handbook and course. New features include guidance on how travel agents should disclose mandatory hotel resort fees, in addition to a new chapter on the ever-changing rules governing selling travel to Cuba

The handbook is free to active ASTA members, while the course pricing is the same as the aforementioned ethics course.
