FROSCH International Travel has announced the acquisition of three travel agencies.

The company acquired Gadabout Travel and Treasure Coast Travel Agency, effective September 1. FROSCH also recently acquired All Horizons Travel in a deal effective August 1.

Gadabout Travel has been managed by Theresa McKeone for over 25 years. McKeone said that the company’s offices would still be operated locally under the new ownership arrangement, but with increased buying power and technological resources.

Treasure Coast Travel Agency has served Florida residents in the Vero Beach area since 1970. Former owner Joan Bailey ran the business for 44 years until she sold to Mahendra Patel at Gadabout Travel. It offers business, leisure and group travel.

Gadabout Travel also has locations in Melbourne and Sebastian, FL, in addition to Treasure Coast Travel Agency.

All Horizons Travel, which is owned by Roy and Maureen Jones, has been in the travel business for over 26 years. The company specializes in luxury cruising, upscale honeymoon planning, family and group travel, with a focus on premium and luxury cruise and tour products. The acquisition significantly strengthens FROSCH’s presence in Northern California, FROSCH said.
