United Airlines has announced plans to begin year-round and seasonal service on new international and domestic routes, which include:
- Daily trans-Pacific and trans-Atlantic flights from San Francisco.
- Flights from Chicago to destinations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
- A new "Capital to Capital" service between Washington and San Salvador.
- Additional flights from Denver and Los Angeles.
United has also added several new routes from its U.S. hubs in the past 18 months including, Guadalajara, Mexico; Montreal, Canada; Port-au-Prince, Haiti; Shanghai, China; and Stuttgart, Germany, as well as new intra-Asia routes between Tokyo and Hong Kong, and Guam and Okinawa.
The airline has also launched new services between Houston and Lagos, Nigeria; New York/Newark and Buenos Aires and Istanbul, Washington/Dulles and Manchester and Dublin, and Denver and Tokyo.
