Finnair Wins Best In Northern Europe Award

The World Airlines Awards 2011 has awarded Finnair the title of Best Airline in Northern Europe. The decision is founded on global research based on direct passenger assessments, Finnair reports.

World Airline Awards draws on the aviation industry’s respected Skytrax World Airline Survey research and is also known as the Passengers Choice Awards. The survey offers a global and independent airline operations measure of customer satisfaction research. Finnair scored in the Best Airline, Northern Europe category.

A total of 18.8 million air travelers from over 100 countries took part in the survey, assessing over 200 airlines according to 38 different criteria, including check-in, seat comfort, passenger cabin cleanliness and service.
