Scandinavian Airlines (SAS) has announced that it is updating the interiors of its long haul fleet flying to Newark Airport. So far, four aircraft of the seven in the fleet have been upgraded, with new aircraft being added to the fleet and ready to fly starting fall 2015. SAS expects that close to all aircraft in the fleet will be refurbished by the end of the year, many of them flying to Newark.

New aircraft interiors will have extra space and storage in SAS Go and SAS Plus, direct aisle access and Hästens fold down bedding in SAS Business. New décor will also include on-demand entertainment systems with HD screens and Wi-Fi accessible to all passengers.

SAS flies direct to Newark daily. Passengers can choose from regular flights to and from Copenhagen, Denmark, Oslo, Norway and Stockholm, Sweden.
