ACP Rail Introduces Online Ticketing for the Japan Rail East Pass
February 25, 2009 By: Mark RogersACP Rail, best known as the exclusive distributor of BritRail products and as a leading global distributor of rail products like Eurail, has launched a new e-ticketing facility for both the official East Japan Railway web site and its own Japan Rail site.
Consumers using the simple purchasing options for the Japan Rail East Pass at either site will receive both a confirmation and e-ticketing voucher numbers by e-mail for exchange in Japan.
The sites feature the entire Japan Rail East product line including the four-day Flexipass and the five- and 10-day Consecutive Passes. Travelers have the option of choosing from Ordinary Class or the Green Class. Prices start at $238 for an adult ordinary class pass for five consecutive days in ordinary class.
