CityCenter Opens Veer Towers

CityCenterCityCenter has opened Veer Towers, adding to its 67-acre area that includes ARIA Resort & Casino; Mandarin Oriental, Las Vegas the Vdara Hotel & Spa; and Crystals shopping and entertainment district. Designed by Helmut Jahn, the only residential property at CityCenter features two 37-story glass towers (inclined at five-degree angles), and 335 condos— starting from the mid $300,000s and ranging from 500 to 3,300 square feet in studios, deluxe studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses.

Designer Francisco Gonzalez-Pulido's public space and lobbies includes floor-to-ceiling windows and commissioned works by Richard Long. Features include the amenities floor on the 37th floor, which offers a roof-top infinity-edge pool, hot tub, sun deck and bar. Next to the pool deck is a recreation room, private media room and a fitness center with men's and women's steam rooms and sauna. Residents can also take advantage of the private boardroom, business center, bike storage, mail room, private residential valet, concierge service and 24-hour security. As part of CityCenter's Fine Art Collection, Richard Long's work is also displayed on the residence's west and east tower walls respectively in "Circle of Life" and "Earth," two mud wall drawings each approximately 80 feet high by 50 feet wide. Situated between Mandarin, Crystals and Aria, residents can take the CityCenter Tram to Vdara, Bellagio and Monte Carlo.
