Hotel Gossip: Regent Pulls out of Bal Harbour

For the second time in two years, hotel operator Regent has left a hotel in South Florida, this time its Bal Harbour. The condo-hotel was sold by the owner, WCI Communities, to a private
group named ElCom Hotel & Spa, which paid $12 million for the
common areas of the hotel and 51 unsold condo-hotel units, according to the Miami Herald. The hotel has since been renamed One Bal Harbour Hotel.
