lumière Announces Initial Luxury Hotel Projects

A new luxury hotel brand has entered the scene. lumière is a service-based, eco-friendly luxury brand with a contemporary look. lumière is looking to grow its brand by partnering with hotel owners and developers who are searching for a new, fresh boutique hotel flag.

lumière’s first project is lumière Telluride, a ski in-ski out condominium hotel in the Mountain Village area of Telluride, CO, slated to open in July of this year.

lumière’s second destination, lumière Carlsbad, is on the beach in Carlsbad, CA.  This project will combine a hotel and residences with ocean views and a rooftop restaurant, lounge and pool. Construction will start in 2009 with an early 2011 opening date.
