Travel Channel Honors Luxury Resort in St. Lucia

According to the St. Lucia Star, the Travel Channel chose luxury resort Jade Mountain in St. Lucia as its number one “Hottest Caribbean Escape.” The accolade was part of the channel’s “21” series, in which the Travel Channel chose 21 of the best resorts in the Caribbean. Jade Mountain was described by the series as a place where “Guests . . . are at one with nature—because there are only three walls to every room at the resort.  There are no phones, televisions or radios in any of the rooms. It truly is a sanctuary rather than a hotel.”
