Travel agents can now find the Globus family of brands’ products on VAX VacationAccess, VAX reports, giving agents direct access to escorted tour, independent packages and river cruise products and destinations around the globe.
“Our agents have asked for this and will now have access to one of the premier brands for escorted tours and river cruises,” said Kathy Fitzpatrick, president of VAX VacationAccess.
Globus is the launch supplier on VAX's Escorted Tours reservation page. This page, accessible from the reservation drop down menu, will provide agents the ability to research, market and sell escorted tour products. Agents will have access to all of the resources and information they need to sell these products, VAX said.
Globus, Cosmos and Monograms will be available on the Escorted Tours reservation page, while Avalon Waterways will be added to the Cruise reservation page. Agents will also have access to an array of content and resources in the Globus Family of Brands supplier showcases.
“It allows us to bring our broad product offering, promotions and training to an engaged and growing group of agents including many independent and home-based agents,” Jennifer Halboth, director of marketing for Globus, said.
