Results! Travel Launches CTM Solutions

business travelerResults! Travel is reporting the details of its new CTM Solutions program. The program helps simplify corporate travel management and remove corporate travel “roadblocks” perceived by many small- and mid-sized agencies, Results! says. 

CTM Solutions offers tools, templates and sales scripts so Results! Travel members can diversify their business mix, while showing business travel clients a return on investment.

“We offer our members a wide spectrum of tools to simplify what can be a complex endeavor – corporate travel management,” stated Results! Travel Vice President and General Manager John Risner. “We make it easy for Results! Travel Members to expand their business by incorporating more business travel management into their portfolio, no matter the size of their agency.”

CTM Solutions offers tools, templates and plans for managing their accounts as well as spreadsheets that will allow members to  identify the return on investment (ROI) their clients receive by working with a professional travel management agency.

In addition, there is a library of sales force scripting available to members. These scripts and sample sales scenarios are tools to help experienced sales people – who may not have an extensive background in the travel industry – to acquire new business travel clients for Results! agencies. 

“We are simplifying the process for our member agencies and any talented salesperson by providing sales scripting and ‘coaching’ examples of how to handle hurdles raised by prospects and resistance they may have to signing with a corporate travel management company," Risner says.

"By offering a plan of action to address prospective client concerns, as well as all the additional tools available through CTM Solutions, any Results! Travel agency of any size can proactively work to acquire and retain more business travel accounts," Risner says. 

The corporate booking tools can be customized to include a particular company’s travel policies and negotiated discounts, Results! says. Costs for the  program: $100. monthly.
