The Grand Wailea will host Maui’s First Annual Maui Jazz and Blues Festival. There will be special rates on September 19- 24 for $199 per night.
The festival will feature Grammy Award-winners Les McCann, Tom Scott, Delfeayo Marsalis, Brian Stoltz of Funky Meters, Dr. John and The Neville Brothers and Skip Martin of Kool and the Gang and Dazz Band and more.
The week-long event will conclude with a concert on September 24 from 4pm to 9pm with $20 tickets per person. VIP packages are available with 10-person seating and shaded tables for $250. Children under 12 are free admission.

Monday, September 19 David Choy and the Slam band. 6 pm – 9 pm at Mulligans on the Blue, free
Thursday, September 22 Dinner jazz guitar with Benny Uyetake at Cuatro Restaurant, 6:30 pm – 8pm, admission free
Jazz SupperClub Party with David Choy and SLAM at Stella Blues, 8 pm – 11 pm, admission free
Friday, September 23 VIP Dinner under the stars with Tom Scott, Brian Stoltz, Skip Martin, and special guests at Grand Wailea’s Hibiscus Pool Deck, 6 pm – 9 pm. Admission to the concert is free, valet parking complimentary with dinner. Dinner reservations required, call 808.875.1234 ext 4949.
Saturday, September 24 Live piano jazz with Sal Godinez at Sweet Paradise Chocolate in Wailea, 11 am – 1 pm, admission free Jazz & Blues Concert at Grand Wailea, 4 pm – 8 pm.
Sunday, September 25 Champagne Sunday brunch with steel guitar master, Henry Allen, 10 am to 1 pm at Grand Wailea’s Grand Dining Room. $48 adults, $24 for children 5 –to- 12 years of age. Valet parking complimentary.
