Capella Pedregal Launches Butler Program

Capella Hotel and Resorts’ hotel in Mexico, Capella Pedregal, recently introduced a special Butler Program exclusive to their Beach Front Villas.

Ricardo Arroyo and Raymundo Soto are in charge of the Butler Program and serve as the main principal point of contact within the hotel. The butlers will be available to take care of a range of needs; from suite orientation, to unpacking services, to arranging breakfast on the terrace and creating VIP amenities and welcome gifts.

Good to know: The program will not be implemented for the hotel’s Beach Casitas.

W Invests in North American Renovations

W Hotels Worldwide is rolling out a wave of renovations in its North American portfolio. The development will concentrate on improving the hotels with a $100 million investment by the brand and its ownership groups, to update everything from public spaces to guest rooms, alongside creating new signature bar and restaurant concepts.

One property to receive this treatment will be The W’s Mexico City location. Recently unveiled was their renovated bar, The Living Room, which was updated with a playfully sophisticated “Masquerade” design narrative imagined by nemaworkshop. Later this year, guests can expect a new destination restaurant and completely renovated guestrooms.

Girlfriend Getaways

Mexico makes one of LTA's top choices for a girlfriend getaway.
