DelMonte Hotel Group, a New York-based hospitality development and management company, has just launched its first development in the Midwest.
According to Alexander DelMonte, president of DelMonte Hotel Group, the company will be developing and operating the new 145-room AC by Marriott. Slated to open in spring 2018, the property is part of the new 58 acre mixed-use development which will encompass 400,000 square feet of retail space, 150,000 square feet of offices, and 90 apartments at Interstate 271 and Harvard Road in Beachwood, Ohio.
The Ohio development project is DelMonte Hotel Group’s first in the state and continues their expansion strategy across the east and into the Midwest. Earlier this year, the company opened the Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport South-Robinson Mall in Pennsylvania.
DelMonte Hotel Group currently operates 14 hotels with in seven cities.
