January 18, 2012 By: Jena Tesse Fox

The Grimaldi Forum in Monaco has announced its new events schedule, which the Monaco Times is reporting will include the Monte-Carlo television festival and the musical Chicago.

Jamel Debbouze will present a comedy showcase on January 28, a Côte d’Azur exclusive.

The 28th edition of Monte-Carlo Printemps des Arts festival will begin around March 16, lasting until April 8. The program will welcome four European orchestras performing an array of musical tributes for Anton Bruckner (1824-1896). The Tonhalle-Orchester Zurich will perform on March 30, Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra on April 1, the Staatskapelle Dresden on April 4, and the London Symphony Orchestra on April 5.

The Monte-Carlo Television Festival will kick off on June 10 and will last for four days. We hear that several international television stars are scheduled to put in an appearance.

And finally, the classic Kander & Ebb musical Chicago will make its Monaco debut from June 21 to 25.
