Nepal Tightens Airport Security

The Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal has beefed up security measures at the country's Tribhuvan International Airport following the Aug. 10 terrorist plot that would have affected flights between the U.K. and various U.S. cities. The airport's security-coordination committee has banned aerosols, gels, toiletries, liquid soap, mouthwash, fragrance and other types of liquid from carry-on baggage.
