Kimpton Hotels has acquired Boston's Nine Zero Hotel. Nine Zero opened in 2002 in the city's financial district with the Spire Restaurant & Bar as well as such luxurious touches in rooms as European linens, custom bath amenities and ergonomic "Freedom" chairs. Nine Zero marks Kimpton's third hotel in the Boston area, joining sister properties Hotel Onyx in Bullfinch Triangle and Hotel Marlowe in Cambridge.
