City Cruises Unwraps New Services

January 2, 2007 By: Travel Agent Central Contributor

City Cruises, a London-based riverboat operator, which conducts service on the River Thames, is extending its multilingual commentary to include Chinese and implementing a new Braille menu aboard its R.S. Hispaniola to make ordering easier for the blind. The commentary service, known as RiverGuide, is a GPS multilingual system, available in English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese and now Chinese. The Braille menu was added to aid the blind and partially sighted customers and is available for the boat's a la carte, tapas and Lite Bites menu. For more information on City Cruises, visit [].
