Royal Hawaiian Center Opens Five-O Bar & Lounge

If your clients love a certain Hawaiian-set TV program, they'll want to check this out: The Royal Hawaiian Center has opened Five-O Bar & Lounge, a full-service bar serving draft beers and cocktails and featuring a light-dining menu and live entertainment. Located near the Paina Lanai Food Court on the Center’s second floor, the establishment is making its debut with a month-long celebration that includes a benefit for the Waikiki Community Center.

Throughout the grand opening month of August, Five-O Bar & Lounge will offer:

Happy Hour daily from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Five-O Drink Specials including the Five-O Mai Tai, Five-O Martini and Five-O Bloody Mary each for $5; house wine for $4; and select draft beer (16 oz.) for $3
Five-O Caps and Shirts available for purchase

A portion of grand opening sales will benefit the Waikiki Community Center, which serves the Waikiki community through on-site outreach programs and social services.

The 3,500-square-foot bar and lounge has been designed with an island-inspired look and feel, incorporating Big Island ohia, koa and Oregon cedar wood furnishings and comfortable seating. With a maximum capacity of 160 people, it offers an inviting open-air ambiance with an expanded lanai overlooking the Center’s Royal Grove.

Five-O Bar & Lounge will offer patrons its signature flashing beer tower, ranging from 80 to 100 ounces. Guests can also choose from 12 beers on draft, tropical cocktails and a wine menu. In addition to serving daily pupu specials, patrons are welcome to bring food into the lounge area from the Paina Lanai Food Court and participating Royal Hawaiian Center restaurants.

Hours of opening are from 11:00 a.m. to midnight Sunday through Thursday, and from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
