ARC Moves to Aid Ike Agents

September 15, 2008 By: George Dooley

The Airlines Reporting Corporation (ARC) has setup a toll free number for agencies impacted by Hurricane Ike.

In a statement, ARC said: “ARC is aware that some of our industry partners in the Gulf Coast states of Texas and Louisiana are experiencing severe weather. While your personal safety takes top priority, when opportunity permits you to address your business needs, please contact ARC at 800.723.2721. A Customer Support representative can provide personal one-on-one assistance with report extensions, ticket stock orders, or any other applicable paperwork regarding the operational status of your location.

“If you are not affected by the severe weather but are aware of fellow travel professionals in your vicinity that have been impacted, we would appreciate your assistance in disseminating this information to your colleagues," ARC said.
