Vacation.com Expands Engagement Program

travel agentVacation.com reports a record-breaking number of promotions have been scheduled throughout 2015 for its Engagement marketing program. Vacation.com members can use 258 direct mail and email promotions the group says, which equates to over 100 million partner-funded client touch points.

Vacation.com also reports that Engagement now provides members with features such as client list customization –  members may “opt out” certain clients – and agent name display. The Engagement program is complimentary to all Vacation.com member agencies. 

The Engagement program was introduced in 2001, said Vacation.com president John Lovell, and has proven its value.

"At no cost, our members are able to capitalize on millions of dollars in partner marketing funds in order to drive more business to their agency," Lovell said. 

Engagement’s new deselect feature allows agents to drop clients from promotional mailing lists, based on whether the individual customer received an Engagement promotion in the last 30, 60 or 90 days. This feature provides greater targeting precision.

Also new are enhanced personalization tools to Vacation.com’s e-Engagement email promotions specifically for members utilizing Engagement Select with Trams ClientBase.
