SITA World Tours has re-launched its web site, [www.sitatours.com], with multimedia functionality that includes itinerary interactivity. Every itinerary now can be viewed in either HTML or PDF format, and surfers can pose questions about specific itineraries. They're also able to forward tours to others and print individual itineraries without leaving the site. Other enhancements in the works include a booking engine, an interactive touring map, and a password-protected section for travel agents that will be devoted to expediting business and providing additional value.
