August 15, 2006 By: Mark Rogers Travel Agent

Peru's National Tourism Strategic Plan has announced a five-year plan to transform the archaeological fortress, Kuelap, into a leading tourism destination. Kuelap is in the Alto Utcubamba Valley in northern Peru.
