The Radisson Blu Hotel Cebu, the first Radisson Blu hotel to open in the Asia-Pacific, is slated to open in September 2010.
The hotel, opening in the Philippines, will have 400 rooms and will be positioned as an upscale property for both business and leisure travelers.
"With more than 40 percent of Radisson's contracted pipeline coming from Asia-Pacific, this opening is a pivotal milestone in our continued Ambition 2015 global growth strategy," says Hubert Joly, Carlson president, CEO and director.
Carlson Hotels is working to have at least 600 hotels as part of its portfolio by 2015.
