This April and May, the Brisbane Marriott is celebrating the beauty of chocolate with the Stay Chocolaty package for $349. It includes overnight accommodation in a Deluxe River View Room, full buffet breakfast for two in Petries Brasserie, complimentary valet parking, two Chocolate Martini cocktails in the Lobby Lounge, a chocolate gift, and a ‘chocolate havens city walking map’ – a guide to more chocolate destinations in the city.
The Dome Retreat Day Spa also has two extra special Stay Chocolaty deals designed especially in time for Mothers Day. Book any 90-minute treatment in April or May and receive complimentary chocolates and a bottle of Piccolo Champagne. Alternatively, indulge in a 45-minute Body Massage with “Chocolate Spice Massage Oil.”
Executive Chef Peter Iwanczyk from Petries Brasserie is offering two Stay Chocolaty-inspired dishes, including a slow-cooked Pork Belly served with a spiced chocolate jus and sesame brocollini, accompanied by a glass of Mr Riggs Riesling. To finish, indulge in a warm Chocolate Brownie topped with a rum and vanilla bean ice-cream, hot fudge sauce and finished with almond praline. Dessert is served with a glass of Morris Old Premium Amontillado Sherry.
